Butterfly Kisses

I did it! I made the border for Nicole's room that I concocted in my mind months ago. Butterflies and flowers, cut out of paper (for easy removal when Brother moves in someday), all carefully measured and placed. I made the die-cut shapes to match Nicole's bedding.
Ironically, Nicole's fluffy purple bedspread won't be used until she's a little older, so the main matching piece isn't in the picture. Oh well. I also love her name above her bed - I had to raise it a little after seeing how high her little fingers could reach!
I didn't take a very good close-up of the cutouts, but the butterflies have cute faces and the flowers have a teal heart in the middle. Nicole LOVES her new decorations. She dances in circles with her arms in the air, pointing at them and buzzing - for butterflies I guess. The girls of the house are very pleased with her new room.
Now maybe we should do something about that hair...
