Today is our SEVENTH anniversary, can you believe it? So in honor of seven (my favorite number), you get to see seven pictures of Ben and I. Not one from each year. That would be clever. But these are all from before we were married. Enjoy.
This is the first picture ever taken of us. Homecoming 2000 at BYU. I think I was trying to poke him on purpose, why else would I be grinning like that?
Ben and his roomies invited the ladies to go out for steaks. Their big joke was that it was tube steaks (aka hot dogs). Little did he know that I get way more excited about roasting hot dogs than I do for a fancy steak.
Ben loves this picture. It's okay but I have a hard time ignoring the computer in the corner. That's a college apartment for you. This is Preference, a couple weeks after Homecoming.
Our engagement photo. Does that even look like me? Hmm. It's nice anyway. I don't remember putting much thought into our wedding stuff. We were just trying to have fun and get good grades. We studied together all the time. My only B was that semester... thanks Ben. Could've been worse I guess.
We visited England a week before we got married, to visit (and meet)Ben's dad who was there at the time. It was a BLAST. Oh, the memories.
Another picture of us eating? Ben says the literal translation of "companion" is "the person you eat bread with." (com=with, pan=bread, etc.) If that's true, then we are GREAT companions. Maybe we took it a little too far.
And here we are, smiling newlyweds. It's been a wonderful seven years. And skipping all the mushy stuff I could write, we've had a lot of fun together. Happy Anniversary to us!

I love looking at old pictures!! And by the way, I don't think your engagement picture looks like you. It's funny because I was thinking that, and then you had it written under the picture. Still cute though. We are always a couple of months behind you with the anniversary. 7 years for us in August! Remember when we babysat for you guys on one of your anniversaries and Ben gave you tickets to go on your cruise? Memories! Happy anniversary, here's to many more!!
